1. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Service Cancellations: If you cancel your booking more than 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time, you are eligible for a full refund.
  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pick-up time will not be eligible for a refund.
  • No-Show: If you do not show up at the designated pick-up location and time, no refund will be provided.

2. Refund Process

  • Refund Requests: To request a refund, please contact our customer service team at billing@starcabz.com with your booking details and the reason for the cancellation.
  • Processing Time: Refund requests will be processed within 7-10 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used during booking.
  • Service Issues: If there is a problem with the service provided (e.g., driver did not show up, vehicle issues), please contact us immediately. We will review the issue and, if validated, will process a refund or offer an alternative solution.

3. Non-Refundable Circumstances

  • Special Discounts and Offers: Bookings made under special discounts or promotional offers are non-refundable.
  • Third-Party Bookings: Refunds are not available for bookings made through third-party services or websites.
  • Partially Used Services: No refunds will be issued for partially used services.

4. Changes to This Refund Policy

StarCabz reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised policy on our website. We encourage you to review this policy periodically to stay informed about our refund practices.
